CARLEY AND JOE // SPRING WEDDING AT THE MAGNOLIA HOTEL

So many beautiful touches were sprinkled throughout this wedding! For starters, her bouquet had lilacs — which you almost never see in weddings, because (to my understanding when I spoke to the florist) there is such a short window of when they can be provided and will work. But they arranged for them to be in her bouquet, and oh my goodness they added such an amazing smell and romantic feel to the day! The lilacs definitely fit perfectly in with their spring wedding.
The couple also released doves after the ceremony — which was so fun! but because it ended up being THEE WINDIEST Nebraska day ever…they might’ve blown back, walked around for a bit to get their bearings, and then flown off into the sunset. But alas it was such a fun touch after the ceremony!

And then one of the very best things about wedding receptions at the Magnolia Hotel is that they have the most amazing courtyard you can utilize! Carley and Joe wanted a longer, relaxed cocktail hour before the reception, and they had live music and delicious food and drinks being served. The courtyard offered wonderful protection from the gusty wind, and guests were able to enjoy the beautiful spring day before going in for dinner.

Congrats Carley and Joe!!! It was such a beautiful, memorable day!
